摘要
为构建全国统一领导、部门分工协作、地方分级负责、各方共同参与的普查机制,通过调研气象灾害风险普查工作现状,研究普查中存在的问题,提出了一套工作制度框架来规范普查工作,确保气象灾害风险普查工作顺利开展。
The census mechanism with national unified leadership,departmental division of labor, local graded responsibility and joint participation of all parties was constructed as the starting and ending point.We investigated the current situation of meteorological disaster risk census work and studied the problems in the census.A set of work system framework is put forward to standardize the management of meteorological disaster risk survey, to ensure the smooth development of meteorological disaster risk survey.
