摘要
目的:观察格林模式健康教育在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取68例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机信封法分为对照组和研究组各34例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予格林模式健康教育,比较两组疾病认知评分、护理前后负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,研究组治疗知识、基础知识、用药知识、功能锻炼等疾病认知评分均高于对照组,SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用格林模式健康教育可提高子宫肌瘤手术患者疾病认知评分和护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of Green model health education in patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery.Methods:68 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by using the random envelope method,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given Green model health education on the basis of that of the control group.The disease recognition score,the negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS),selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)]scores and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of treatment knowledge,basic knowledge,medication knowledge,functional exercise and other disease cognitive of the study group were higher than those of the control group;the SDS and SAS scores were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 73.53%(25/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the Green model health education can improve the disease recognition scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery,and reduce the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
