摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒,以FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O作为铁源,与KOH反应生成Fe(OH)_(2)和Fe(OH)_(3),在水浴加热的条件下生成Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒,同时以甲基紫的脱色率为基准,优化试验条件,结果表明,其制备最佳反应温度为60℃,制备Fe_(3)O_(4)最佳反应时间为3 h。甲基紫脱色反应最佳反应条件:纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)加入量为0.060 g, pH为8.0,3%(质量分数) H_(2)O_(2)加入量为1.2 mL,降解反应时间为70 min。脱色率可达97.97%。
Fe_(3)O_(4)particles were prepared by sol-gel method, and Fe_(3)O_(4)·7 H;O was used as iron source to react with KOH to form Fe(OH)_(2) and Fe(OH)_(3). Fe_(3)O_(4)particles were generated under water bath heating, and the conditions were optimized based on the decolorization rate of methyl violet. The results showed that the preparation of optimum reaction temperature was 60 ℃, and the preparation of Fe_(3)O_(4)optimum reaction time was 3 h. The optimal reaction conditions for methyl violet decolorization: the optimum dosage of nanometer Fe_(3)O_(4)was 0.060 g, pH was 8.0, the optimum dosage of 3%(mass fraction)H_(2)O_(2)was 1.2 mL, and the optimum degradation reaction time was 70 min. Its decolorization rate was up to 97.97%.
