摘要
在"停课不停学"的背景下,在线学习备受欢迎。后疫情时代,为了使在线学习平台能持续发展,降低辍学率、提升用户参与度,基于期望确认理论和技术接受模型,构建了结构方程模型,探讨了影响用户持续在线学习参与意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:对持续参与意愿有直接影响的因素是满意度、感知易用性、感知有用性,其中满意度影响力度最大;感知自主性、互动性、自我效能、期望确认度、使用目的等通过影响其他中介变量间接影响持续参与意愿。
In the context of "Stop teaching but don’t stop learning ", online learning has been very well received. In the post-epidemic era, in order to ensure the sustainable development of the online learning platform, reduce the dropout rate and improve the participation of users, this paper builds a structural equation model based on the expectation confirmation theory and technology acceptance model, and discusses the influencing factors of users’ willingness to participate in continuous online learning. The results show that satisfaction, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a direct impact on the willingness to continue to participate, especially satisfaction;perceived autonomy, interactivity, self-efficacy, expectation confirmation, and purpose of use can indirectly affect users’ willingness to continuously participate by influencing other mediators.
