摘要
基于覆盖范围广、信息量大、可连续观测的特点,卫星遥感技术在生态环境保护工作中发挥了不可或缺的作用,有力地支撑了生态环境监测、督察监管等重要工作。根据卫星遥感数据在生态环境监测、监管方面的应用,将多源遥感数据集合,设计并实现了生态环境多源卫星遥感数据的主动快速传输系统。该系统整合不同数据源卫星数据到同一个平台中,根据用户需求,实现对数据的及时、高效、按需推送,为生态环境监测提供基础数据支撑。研究表明,生态环境多源卫星遥感数据传输系统实现了多源卫星遥感数据的主动快速推送,为生态环境监管提供了及时高效的基础数据支撑。目前已完成江苏南京、江苏泰州、陕西西安等节点的部署和上线运行,为秸秆焚烧、黑臭水体、自然保护区、饮用水源地、生态保护红线等重点业务提供了数据保障,在生态环境监测与监管过程中发挥了积极作用。下一步将开发区域定制化数据服务,不断优化系统功能,提供更高时效的生态环境卫星遥感数据,大幅度提高生态环境监测能力,为生态环境质量考核评价、污染解析、预警应急、监督执法、风险管理等重点工作提供数据服务。
According to the application of satellite remote sensing data in ecology and environment monitoring, the multi-source remote sensing data is collected, and the active and fast transmission system of ecology and environment multi-source satellite remote sensing data is designed and implemented.The system integrates satellite data from different data sources into the same platform.According to the needs of users, it can push the data timely, efficiently and on demand, and provide basic data support for ecology and environment monitoring.The research shows that the multi-source satellite remote sensing data transmission system for ecology and environment realizes the active and rapid push of multi-source satellite remote sensing data, and provides timely and efficient basic data support for ecology and environment supervision.At present, it has completed the deployment and online operation of nodes in Nanjing of Jiangsu Province, Taizhou of Jiangsu Province and Xi ’an of Shaanxi Province, providing data guarantee for key businesses such as straw incineration, black and smelly water bodies, nature reserves, drinking water sources and ecological protection red line, and playing an active role in the process of ecology and environment monitoring and supervision.In the next step it should be necessary to develop regional customized data services, continuously optimize system functions, provide more time-sensitive ecology and environment satellite remote sensing data, greatly improve ecology and environment monitoring capacity, and provide data services for key work such as ecology and environment quality assessment, pollution analysis, early warning and emergency response, supervision and law enforcement, and risk management.
