党参多糖提取工艺研究及党参多糖口服液的制备 被引量:9

摘要 主要研究党参多糖的超声波提取工艺,并筛选最佳配方制备党参多糖口服液。采用超声波辅助水提醇沉法提取多糖,在单因素实验的基础上,采用四因素三水平正交试验法,优化多糖的提取工艺,将多糖得率作为优化结果检验指标。结果表明:党参多糖提取最佳工艺为料液比设定为1∶12、超声功率设定为350 W、时间设定为50 min和温度设定为55℃时,多糖得率最大为20.13%。提取的粗多糖经调配,制得党参多糖口服液成品。最优配方为多糖溶液PH为4,白砂糖8%,蜂蜜10%,柠檬酸0.2%,山梨酸钾0.05%。经检测,制得的党参多糖口服液产品中还原糖含量为26 mg/mL。结论:党参多糖口服液产品为橙黄色,澄清透亮,有党参特有的香味,具有一定的保健功能。 In this paper,the ultrasonic extraction process of polysaccharide from Codonopsis pilosula was studied,and the best formula was used to prepare Codonopsis Radix polysaccharide oral liquid.The extraction of polysaccharides by ultrasonic water extraction and alcohol precipitation method was carried out by using the four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment.The extraction process of polysaccharide was optimized by orthogonal test.The polysaccharide yield was used as the optimal test index.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶12,the ultrasonic power was set to 350W,the time was set to 50min,the temperature was set at 55℃.The maximum yield of polysaccharide was 20.13%.The crude polysaccharide extracted was mixed to prepare the finished product of codonopsis polysaccharide oral liquid.The optimum formulation was as follows:the pH of polysaccharide solution is 4,the white sugar is 8%,the honey is 10%,the citric acid is 0.2%,the potassium sorbate is 0.05%.The content of reducing sugar in the system of Codonopsis Radix polysaccharide oral liquid is 26mg/mL.Conclusion:The oral liquid product is orange and yellow,clear and translucent,with the unique flavor of Codonopsis,and has a certain health function.
