Objective:To analyze the effects of cluster nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods:A total of 94 patients with gastroesophageal reflux admitted to the otolaryngology department of Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 47 patients in each group. The observation group was given cluster nursing, and the control group was given basic nursing. The improvement of clinical symptoms was compared, and the Sf-36 Quality of Life Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to compare the changes of sleep quality and quality of life in the 2 groups. Results:The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the PSQI score and SF-36 quality of life score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, indicating that sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention for patients with gastroesophageal reflux can alleviate their clinical symptoms and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
