摘要
为探索藏仔猪猪瘟首次免疫的时间,选择四川省康定市姑咱镇某规模藏猪场猪瘟抗体检测合格的8头能繁母猪,随机抽取每头藏母猪所生藏仔猪2头,通过猪瘟病毒抗体检测试剂盒,检测0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40日龄新生藏仔猪猪瘟母源抗体水平。结果表明,0日龄藏仔猪出生后哺乳前无母源抗体,5~15日龄藏仔猪猪瘟母源抗体较高,而且抗体水平达到巅峰,之后逐渐降低,25日龄抗体水平显著降低,30日龄达到临界保护值,随后母源抗体水平骤降,通过试验所得结果,藏仔猪在20日龄接种猪瘟疫苗是最佳时间。
In order to explore the time of the first immunization against classical swine fever virus(CSFV),8 fertile sows were selected from a large-scale Tibetan pig farm in Guza town,Kangding city,Sichuan province,the level of maternal antibody against CSFV in 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40-day-old newborn piglets was detected by antibody detection kit.The results showed that there was no maternal antibody in 0-day-old Tibetan piglets before lactation,the maternal antibody in 5~15-day-old Tibetan piglets was higher,and the level of antibody reached the peak,then decreased gradually,and the level of antibody in 25-day-old Tibetan piglets decreased significantly,after reaching the critical protection value at 30 days old,the maternal antibody level suddenly decreased.The results showed that the best time for Tibetan piglets to be inoculated with CSFV was at 20 days old.
