摘要
以不同种类聚乙烯(PE)回收料复配为树脂基体,添加一定量助剂,包括乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯塑料、主抗氧剂1010、辅抗氧剂168、炭黑和三组分润滑剂体系(白油或二甲基硅油、芥酸酰胺和乙烯基双硬脂酰胺),通过高速混合机均匀混合及同向双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,最终得到黑色再生PE护套料。对再生PE护套料进行了一系列分析测试和表征。结果表明,当吹塑化工桶回收料与棚膜回收料的质量比为25∶60,液体润滑剂为二甲基硅油时,得到的再生PE护套料具有最好的综合性能。该再生PE电缆护套料密度为0.95 g/cm^(3),炭黑含量为2.46%,炭黑分散度为2.5级,拉伸强度为20.6 MPa,断裂拉伸应变为787%,200℃氧化诱导期为43 min,体积电阻率为5.5×10^(14)Ω·m,以上各项性能结果符合或超过GB/T 15065–2009中黑色中密度聚乙烯护套料(MH)的技术指标。这一废旧塑料再生工艺符合“碳中和”和可持续发展经济理念,具有一定的实际应用意义。
Different types of recycled polyethylene(PE)materials were compounded as the resin matrix and then were mixed uniformly with additives including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,main antioxidant 1010,auxiliary oxidizer 168,carbon black,and lubricants(white mineral oil or dimethyl silicone oil,acid amide and vinyl bis-stearamide)through a high-speed mixer.Eventually,the recycled PE cable jacket plastic slices were obtained via a co-rotating twin-screw machine.A series of analysis tests and characterizations were carried out on the recycled PE cable jacket materials.The results show that,when the mass ratio of blowmolded chemical barrel recycled PE and greenhouse film recycled PE is 25∶60 and dimethyl silicone oil is used for as liquid lubricant,recycled PE cable jacket with best comprehensive performances can be obtained.The recycled PE cable jacket has a density of 0.95 g/cm^(3),a carbon black content of 2.46%,and a carbon black dispersion of 2.5.It’s tensile strength,tensile strain at break and oxidation induction period at 200℃are 20.6 MPa,787%and 43 min respectively,and the volume resistivity is 5.5×10^(14)Ω·m.All the above parameters of the obtained recycled PE cable jacket material can meet and exceed the corresponding technical index of the black medium density PE cable jacket material(MH)listed in the National Standard of the People's Republic of China(GB/T 15065–2009).Therefore,this design of formula and produce of recycled PE cable jacket material is meaningful for the sustainable development and have a promising potential application.
