摘要
钢结构厂房在机电管线安装过程中,支吊架的吊点位置需根据现场实际情况随机选择,支吊架安装具有较大的随意性,极易造成材料浪费;且传统的支吊架受力校核常常采用经验估算的方式,不仅误差大,且存在较大安全隐患。基于此,本文以实际工程为例,分析传统钢结构厂房支吊架在设计安装过程中存在的不足,提出将BIM技术应用到钢结构厂房支吊架设计与安装中,发现BIM技术对支吊架的样式选型的适用性、吊点位置布置的合理性以及支吊架受力验算的安全性具有较大的优势,可有效避免了材料浪费和保障了支吊架安装的安全性,并大大提高了施工的便利性。
During the installation of mechanical and electrical pipelines in the steel structure plant,the lifting points of supports and hangers shall be randomly selected according to the actual situation on site.The installation of supports and hangers has great randomness,which is easy to cause material waste.And the traditional support and hanger stress check often adopts the method of empirical estimation,which not only has large error,but also has great potential safety hazards.Based on this,taking the actual project as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the design and installation of the supports and hangers of the traditional steel structure plant,and puts forward the application of BIM Technology to the design and installation of the supports and hangers of the steel structure plant.It is found that BIM technology has great advantages in the applicability of the style selection of supports and hangers,the rationality of the layout of the lifting points and the safety of the stress checking calculation of the supports and hangers,which can effectively avoid material waste,ensure the installation safety of supports and hangers,and greatly improve the convenience of construction.
