摘要
利用2000-2017年省际面板数据,通过熵值法构建包含工业三废的环境污染综合指数,基于STIRPAT模型探讨金融发展、技术创新、FDI对环境污染的影响关系。通过实证检验发现,金融发展对环境污染存在推动作用,而技术创新、FDI对环境污染存在遏制作用,通过格兰杰因果检验发现,技术创新及金融发展是环境污染的单向格兰杰原因,而FDI对环境污染呈双向格兰杰原因,并通过动态面板GMM模型与替换变量法进行稳健性检验,最后基于以上实证结果给出针对政府、企业和个人如何有效改善环境污染的建议。
Using inter-provincial panel data from 2000 to 2017, the entropy method is used to construct a comprehensive environmental pollution index that includes the three industrial wastes, and the STIRPAT model is used to explore the impact of financial development, technological innovation, and FDI on environmental pollution. Through the empirical test, it is found that financial development has a driving effect on environmental pollution, while technological innovation and FDI have a deterrent effect on environmental pollution. Through the Granger causality test, it is found that technological innovation and financial development are the one-way Granger causes of environmental pollution. The FDI has two-way Granger reasons for environmental pollution, and the robustness test is carried out through the dynamic panel GMM model and the substitution variable method. Finally, based on the above empirical results, suggestions are given for the government, enterprises and individuals on how to effectively improve environmental pollution.
