摘要
针对某电厂300 MW机组锅炉低负荷下再热汽温和脱硝入口烟温偏低的问题,通过现场调研与测试,首先提出对锅炉燃烧器部件缺陷进行处理,其次评估对比烟气再循环改造、水冷壁敷设隔热涂料以及增加受热面面积3种改造方案的应用效果,最终给出问题解决方案。
Aiming at the problem of low reheat steam temperature and low flue gas temperature at SCR inlet of 300 MW boiler in a power plant,through on-site investigation and test,it is proposed to deal with the defects of boiler burner components,and then evaluate and compare the application effects of three transformation schemes:flue gas recirculation,laying thermal insulation coating on water wall and increasing heating surface area.Finally,the recommended problem solution is given.
