摘要
目的研究黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.须根的化学成分。方法黄连须根95%乙醇提取物氯仿部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为小檗碱(1)、黄连碱(2)、表小檗碱(3)、巴马汀(4)、药根碱(5)、非洲防己碱(6)、格兰地新(7)、木兰花碱(8)、8-氧化黄连碱(9)、13-甲基小檗碱(10)、阿魏酸(11)、4-O-阿魏酰基奎尼酸甲酯(12)、5-羟甲基糠醛(13)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(14)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(15)。结论化合物6~12为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物13~15为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fibrous roots of Coptis chinensis.METHODS The chloroform fraction of 95% ethanol extract from the fibrous roots of C. chinensis was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as berberine(1), coptisine(2), epiberberine(3), palmatine(4), jatrorrhizine(5), columbamine(6),groenlandicine(7),magnoflorine(8), 8-oxocoptisine(9),13-methylberberine(10),ferulic acid(11),methyl-4-O-feruloylquicinate(12), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(13),dibutylphthalate(14),and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 6-12 are first isolated from this plant, and compounds 13-15 are isolated from genus Coptis for the first time.
