摘要
在碳达峰、碳中和目标下,钢铁行业作为能源消费和二氧化碳排放大户,面临着严峻的碳减排压力,如何实现钢铁行业碳减排是一项迫切且巨大的系统工程。目前钢铁生产中以传统的长流程生产工艺为主,该生产工艺具有成熟度高和成本低的优势,但碳排放量较大。通过工艺流程划分,物质流、碳素流的分析,构建了长流程碳排放数字仿真模型,详细分析了各工艺流程的碳排放情况,并结合钢铁行业的低碳技术,在充分考虑成本因素等约束的条件下,构建了钢铁行业长流程生产工艺优化模型,为推进长流程生产工艺实现减碳提质提供了可参考的优化方案。
Under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the steel industry,as a major energy consumer and carbon dioxide emitter,is facing severe pressure to reduce carbon emissions.How to achieve carbon reduction in the steel industry is an urgent and huge system engineering.At present,the traditional long-flow production process is mainly used in steel production.This production process has the advantages of high maturity and low cost,but the carbon emissions are relatively large.Through process flow division,material flow and carbon flow analysis,a long-term carbon emission digital simulation model was constructed,and the carbon emissions of each process flow were analyzed in detail,combined with the low-carbon technology of the steel industry,and cost factors were fully considered.Under constrained conditions,a long-flow production process optimization model for the iron and steel industry has been constructed,which provides a reference optimization plan for promoting long-flow production processes to achieve carbon reduction and quality improvement.
