摘要
目的了解目前护士护理信息能力现状及其影响因素。方法以罗红编制的护士护理信息能力量表为基础,编制了护士护理信息能力调查问卷,2020年11—12月,选取湖南省三级甲等医院1234名护士为调查对象进行问卷调查,了解其护理信息能力,并分析影响因素。结果护士护理信息能力量表条目平均得分为3.64±0.62分,得分最高的为熟练使用自动设别设备,为4.04±0.90分;得分最低的为熟练使用统计软件,为3.16±0.95分。多因素分析显示,影响护士护理信息能力的主要因素有年龄、职务、上网浏览内容、是否通过网络学习及网络信息获取比例。结论护士护理信息能力处于较高水平,但护理信息管理能力较低,医院应该根据影响因素及护士实际需求加强护理信息教育,以提高护士的护理信息能力,促进护理信息化的发展。
Objective To understand the current status of nurses'nursing information ability and its infl uencing factors as the study subject.Methods Based on the nurses'nursing information competence scale compiled by Luo Hong,a questionnaire for nurses'nursing information competency was compiled.To select 1,234 nurses from third-level fi rst-class hospitals in Hunan province from November to December 2020 as the survey subjects to conduct questionnaire surveys to understand their nursing information capabilities and analyze influencing factors.Results The average score of nurses'nursing information competency scale items was 3.64±0.62 points,the highest score was profi ciency in using automatic identifi cation equipment,4.04±0.90 points;the lowest score was profi ciency in using statistical software,3.16±0.95 points.Multivariate analysis showed that the main factors aff ecting nurses'nursing information ability are age,job title,Internet browsing content,whether to learn through the Internet,and the proportion of online information acquisition.Conclusion The nursing information ability of nurses was at a relatively high level,but the nursing information management ability is low.The hospital should strengthen nursing information education according to the infl uencing factors and the actual needs of nurses,so as to improve the nursing information ability of nurses and promote the development of nursing informatization.
