基于BP网络的小型无人机航迹预测 被引量:4

摘要 随着人工智能技术、通信技术、网联技术的发展,以及无人机运行成本的降低等,我国民用无人机应用范围及应用领域日益扩展,已在城市物流、线路巡检、地质灾害预测、应急救援、地理测绘、山地运输等民用领域得到广泛应用。由于无人机种类繁多、运行环境复杂,无人机航迹分析及航迹预测已成为目前的研究热点。针对小型无人机运动特性及航迹预测问题,本文在搭建运行场景分析小型无人机运动特性的基础上,建立基于BP神经网络的四旋翼无人机航迹预测模型,利用SPARK小型四旋翼无人机实际飞行获取相关运动特性数据预测航迹,MATLAB仿真结果验证了模型的有效性。 With the development of artificial intelligence technology,communication technology,network technology,as well as the reduction of UAV operating costs and other factors,the application scope and fields of civil UAVs in China are expanding rapidly.It has been used in urban logistics,line inspection,Geological disaster prediction,emergency rescue,geographic surveying and mapping,mountain transportation and other civilian applications in China.However,due to the variety of UAVs and the complex operating environment,UAV trajectory analysis and trajectory prediction are still research issues.Aiming at the problem of small UAV motion characteristics and trajectory prediction,based on the establishment of operating scenes to analyze the motion characteristics of UAVs,a four-rotor UAV trajectory prediction model based on BP neural network is established.And by using SPARK small four-rotor and the actual flight of the UAV,the relevant motion characteristic data is obtained to predict the track,and the MATLAB simulation results verify the effectiveness of the model.
