长距离掘进工作面通风降尘模拟分析及优化研究 被引量:14

摘要 为了提高巷道掘进效率,采用Fluent软件对3603运输巷迎头粉尘浓度进行模拟分析,发现掘进迎头粉尘降落速度较慢,大量小粒径粉尘在气流中飘散,从而使得掘进工作面粉尘浓度较高。为此,提出将掘进工作面通风方式由压入式改为长压短抽方式,并使用高压注水增加煤层含水率。现场应用后,掘进迎头作业人员工作环境中粉尘质量浓度控制在5.8 mg/m^(3)以内,取得较好粉尘治理效果。 In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation,Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the dust concentration at the head of 3603 transportation roadway.It is found that the falling speed of dust at the head of excavation is slow,and a large number of small particle size dust floats in the air flow,which makes the dust concentration of flour in heading face higher.Therefore,it is proposed to change the ventilation mode of heading face from pressure in mode to long-pressure short-pumping mode,and use high-pressure water injection to increase the moisture content of coal seam.After the field application,the dust mass concentration in the working environment of heading operators is controlled within 5.8 mg/m^(3),and good dust control effect is achieved.
