摘要
DF102断层具有导水性,为了确保3506巷安全掘进过DF102断层,提出采用注浆加固方式提高断层破碎带岩体强度并封堵导水裂隙。依据3506巷、DF102断层条件,采用双液高压注浆方式在巷道掘进面前方形成止水帷幕,在掘进迎头进行注浆对破碎岩体进行加固,通过两次注浆不仅可封堵断层破碎带导水裂隙同时可为巷道掘进安全创造良好条件。现场应用后,巷道耗时85 d通过断层破碎带,同时掘进期间巷道涌水量控制在1.05 m^(3)/d以内,取得较为显著的注浆加固防治水效果。
DF102 fault has water conductivity.In order to ensure the safe tunneling of 3506 roadway through DF102 fault,grouting reinforcement is proposed to improve the rock mass strength of fault fracture zone and block the water diversion crack.According to the conditions of 3506 roadway and DF102 fault,a water stop curtain is formed in front of the roadway excavation face by double liquid high-pressure grouting,and the broken rock mass is reinforced by grouting at the head of excavation.The two grouting can not only block the water diversion cracks in the fault fracture zone,but also create good conditions for the safety of roadway excavation.After field application,the roadway takes 85 days to pass through the fault fracture zone,and the water inflow of the roadway during excavation is controlled within 1.05 m^(3)/d,which has achieved remarkable water prevention and control effect of grouting reinforcement.
