广西高校学生资助工作质量现状调查及对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 学生资助是一项重要的保民生、暖民心工程,事关教育公平和乡村振兴。本文通过调研广西12所高校学生资助工作情况,就如何提高学生资助工作质量这一问题,从资助政策实施过程中的主体、信息落实、育人对象和资助成效四个方面剖析其存在的主要问题,并从加强资助队伍建设、创新资助宣传方式、搭建育人平台、实行多样化资助方式和构建资助工作质量评估及反馈系统等方面提出对策和建议,以期助力广西高校学生资助工作质量的进一步提升。 Student financial aiding project is believed to bring relief to the students in need and to ensure the well-being of the people concerned,which is inevitably associated with the educational equity and the rural revitalization in China.Based on the investigation aimed at the student financial aiding work in twelve colleges and universities in Guangxi,this paper delves into the implementation of the financial aiding policy from four aspects:professional personnel,publicity for the financial aid,relevant students and effects of the financial aid.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward centering on the competencies of personnel responsible for the aid,the publicity innovation in the aid,the construction of the educational platform,the implementation of diversified aiding methods and the establishment of the quality evaluation and feedback system for the aid project,so as to help improve the student funding project being carried out in the universities and colleges of Guangxi.
