摘要 目的:运用CBL教学模式可以有效提高规培生在口腔癌方面的学习效果,本文拟在规培中再加入MDT教学模式,探讨是否培训效果更好以及在哪些方面促进更明显。方法:选取在解放军总医院第一医学中心口腔科病房进行规范化培训的规培生,2018年度的25人作为对照组,采用CBL教学模式,2019年度的25人作为实验组,在CBL教学模式上加入MDT教学模式。经过4个月的教学活动,通过理论与实践技能考试成绩及教学效果评价进行对比,采用SPSS25.0软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组在理论、实践技能考核及教学效果评价均比对照组具有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:通过将CBL与MDT教学模式有机结合地应用于规培生的口腔癌教学中,可进一步提高了教学质量,特别是在临床思维和处理疑难复杂问题的综合能力方面,具有很好的应用价值和可行性。 Objective:CBL teaching model can effectively improve Pearson's learning effect in oral cancer This paper intends to study whether the MDT mode will achieve better training effect in some aspects.Methods:Twenty-five students in 2018 were selected as the control group and adopted the CBL teaching mode.Twenty-five students in 2019 were selected as the experimental group and MDT teaching mode was added to the CBL teaching mode.After 4months,the results of theoretical and practical skills examination and teaching effect evaluation were compared,and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 software.Results:The experimental group had obvious advantages over the control group in theoretical and practical skill examination scores and teaching effect evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:By combining CBL and MDT teaching mode into oral cancer teaching,the teaching quality can be further improved.Especially in terms of clinical thinking and comprehensive ability to deal with difficult and complex problems.It has good application value and feasibility.
