有机无机肥配施对大蒜生长、产量及品质的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Combined Application of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on the Growth,Yield and Quality of Garlic

摘要 以徐白1号为试材,通过田间试验研究了有机无机肥单施或配施对大蒜生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:大蒜的株高和假茎高均随有机肥施用比例的增加而逐渐增高,以单施有机肥(T4处理)最高,叶宽以单施无机肥(T1处理)最宽,但不同处理对株幅、假茎粗、叶长和叶片数无显著性影响;有机无机肥配施可提高地上部产量、鳞茎产量及鳞茎横径,大蒜的地上部产量、鳞茎产量及鳞茎横径均以2/3复合肥+1/3有机肥配施(T2处理)最高;随有机肥配施比例的增加,大蒜鳞茎中可溶性蛋白含量呈先增后降的趋势,以T2处理的含量最高,可溶性糖、VC、大蒜素和丙酮酸含量则均呈增加趋势,以T4处理含量最高;采用隶属函数法进行综合评价的结果是T4处理的大蒜鳞茎综合品质最好,其次是T2处理。因此,有机无机肥配施有利于大蒜生长,可提高地上部产量、鳞茎产量及鳞茎横径,同时还可改善鳞茎品质。 The effects of single or combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth,yield and quality of garlic were studied in field experiment by using a garlic(Allium sativum L.)cultivar‘Xubai 1’as material.The results showed that the plant and pseudostem heights gradually increased with the increasing of organic fertilizer proportion,recording the maximum in T4(single application of organic fertilizer);the maximum leaf width was found in T1(single application of inorganic fertilizer).Single or combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers had no significant effects on plant width,pseudostem diameter,leaf length and leaf numbers.But the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers could increase the aboveground yield,and transverse diameter and yield of garlic bulbs,with the highest records obtained in T2(2/3 compound fertilizer+1/3 organic fertilizer).With the increase of the proportion of organic fertilizer,the soluble protein content in garlic bulbs increased first and then decreased,reaching the highest in T2,while the contents of soluble sugar,VC,allicin and pyruvic acid had an increasing trend,and were the highest in T4.According to the evaluation result of the membership function method,the comprehensive quality of garlic bulbs in T4 was the best,followed by T2.To sum up,the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers is conducive to garlic growth,which can increase the aboveground biomass,and bulb yield and transverse diameter,and also improve the bulb quality.
