摘要
介绍了蜗壳铸件的结构及技术要求,分析了蜗壳铸件的工艺设计难点,详细阐述了3D打印组芯的工艺:顶层砂芯带出铸件局部外观结构及整个铸件的冒口系统,中间砂芯带出铸件的内腔结构及下部外观结构,底层砂芯则带出铸件的整个浇注系统,三层砂芯之间通过凹凸定位台进行定位。利用数值模拟软件分析铸造工艺的可行性,最后通过现场生产验证,采用3D打印组芯工艺生产的蜗壳铸件的各项性能指标均符合技术要求,且现场操作简单、效率高。
The structure and technical requirements of the volute shell casting were introduced.The process design difficulty of the volute shell casting was analyzed.The 3D printing cores assembly process was described in detail:the top layer sand core forms a part of outer structure of the casting,and the riser system of whole casting,the three layers of sand cores were positioned through the concave depressions and convex positioning bosses.The numeral simulation software was used to analyze the feasibility of the casting process,finally,the practical production verification showed that all properties of the volute shell casting produced with 3D printed cores assembly met technical requirements,and the operation was simple,efficiency was high.
