高强度灰铸铁的生产过程控制及工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 从原材料选择、熔炼过程控制、合金化以及强化孕育处理等方面对感应电炉生产发动机高强度灰铸铁过程控制及工艺进行探讨,并通过生产实例加以验证。最后指出:(1)高比例废钢的使用可以减少生铁中粗大石墨的遗传性,提高铸件的强度;(2)电炉熔炼过程中高温静置的过热温度一般控制在1 500~1 530℃,保温10~15 min,可消除气孔、夹杂缺陷和炉料遗传性;(3)采取炉前出铁孕育和浇注随流孕育的处理方式,可改善孕育效果,防止孕育衰退;(4)在生产高牌号的灰铸铁件时,需要根据铸件壁厚、结构特点等加入不同的合金元素,以强化基体组织,提高铸件力学性能。 The process control of using induction electric furnace to produce engine-used high strength gray iron and melting process was discussed in the respects including the raw materials selection,melting process control,alloying and intensified inoculating treatment,and was verified by the production instance.Finally followings were pointed out:(1)High ratio usage of steel scrap could reduce the heredity of coarse graphite of pig iron,and increase strength of the casting.(2)The super heating temperature in high temperature holding of the electric furnace was normally controlled in the range of 1 500 ~1 530 ℃,holding for 10~15 min that could eliminate blowhole,inclusion defects and heredity of furnace charges.(3)Usage of tapping inoculation and pouring stream inoculation could improve inoculating effect to prevent inoculation recession.(4)When producing high grade gray iron castings,it’s necessary to add different alloys according to characteristics of castings such as the wall thickness and structure,to strengthen the matrix structure and increase mechanical properties of castings.
