摘要
目的:探讨反馈式教育(Teach-back)法和角色扮演法对提高护生健康教育能力的实践教学效果。方法:选取2017级护理专业护生4个班级,随机分为对照组(n=102)和观察组(n=104),每组两个班。对照组采用传统教学方法授课,观察组采用Teach-back法和角色扮演法授课。结果:观察组护生健康教育能力考核评分及护生的教学反馈等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back法和角色扮演法对提高护生健康教育能力有重要的作用和意义。
Objective:To explore the practical teaching research of Teach-back method and role-playing method on improving the health education ability of nursing students.Methods:Four classes of 2017 nursing students were randomly divided into control group(n=102)and experimental group(n=104).The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods.The experimental group was taught with Teach-back method and role-playing method.Results:The assessment scores of health education ability of nursing students in the observation group and the teaching feedback of nursing students were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back method and role-playing method play an important role and significance in improving the health education ability of nursing students.
