摘要
煤矿智能化开采技术的不段发展、更新,针对倾斜煤层开采中采用单向割煤工艺,回采过程中采煤机上行、下行生产工艺不同;机头、机尾工艺不对称现状。就实现智能化开采常态化运行,提出单向割煤智能化开采工艺,根据工作面不同位置的开采工艺,将采煤机自动截割工艺、支架自动移架工艺程序划分为10个工艺段。并根据采煤机、与支架逻辑位置关系,定义液压支架控制程序各阶段的触发位置,实现单向智能化开采的常态化运行。通过采煤机截割速度、位置提出智能联动的移架模式,提升智能化开采技术在现场的使用率。通过国能集团枣泉煤矿220704工作面的现场工程应用,取得了单向割煤智能化开采技术在现场生产过程中的常态化高效开采,在倾向长度295m的工作面实现智能化开采日割煤达到了13刀。
Intelligent mining technology of coal mine is constantly developing and updating.As inclined coal seam mining applies one-way coal cutting,while in coal winning the shearer ascends and descends,the process can not match in the head and tail of the shearers.In order to normalize the operation of intelligent mining,the intelligent mining technology of one-way coal cutting is put forward,according to the mining process at different locations of the working face,the automatic cutting process of shearer and automatic support shifting process are divided into 10 process sections.And in line with the logical position relationship between the shearer and the support,the trigger position of each stage of the hydraulic support control program is defined to normalize the operation of one-way intelligent mining.According to the cutting speed and position of the shearer,the intelligent linkage shift mode is put forward to improve the utilization rate of intelligent mining technology.Through the field application in 220704 working face of Zaoquan Coal Mine,which has a dip length of 295 meters,the intelligent oneway coal cutting is normalized with high-efficiency in field production,achieving 13 coal cuts per day.
