摘要
利用401份城乡消费者调研数据,运用多项Logit选择模型,分析了消费者对6种(物业代买、菜市场、超市和专营店、淘宝和天猫店、京东商城、当地生鲜配送)果蔬购买渠道的选择行为。结果表明:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情程度对消费者选择物业代买果蔬有显著的正向影响,对消费者选择菜市场购买果蔬有显著的负向影响;家庭月收入对消费者选择果蔬购买新渠道有显著的负向影响,尤其是城市低收入消费者会尝试选择超市和专营店来购买果蔬。因此,建议政府为保障低收入群体的福利,引导超市和专营店适当引入平价果蔬来满足这部分消费人群的需要。此外,在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间部分城市消费者尝试在京东商城购买果蔬,建议政府鼓励此类具有自营物流体系的电商平台发展,从而可以更好地保障在发生公共安全事件时我国居民食物供应安全。
Based on a rural and city consumers′ survey data, this study compared the consumers′ choice behavior of six kinds of fruits and vegetables purchase channels(property agent purchase, vegetable market, supermarket and franchise store, Taobao and Tmall, Jingdong Mall, local fresh distribution) under COVID-19 by a multinomial Logit model.The results showed that the severity of COVID-19 had a significant positive impact on consumers′ choice of property agent purchase and had a significant negative consumers′ choice of food market when they purchased fruits and vegetables.Monthly household income had a significant negative impact on consumers′ changing purchase channels when they purchased fruits and vegetables.In particular, urban low-income consumers tried to choose supermarket and franchise store to purchase fruits and vegetables for the first time.Therefore, it was suggested that the government should guide supermarket and franchise store to appropriately introduce low-price fruits and vegetables to meet the needs of these low-income consumers in order to protect their welfare.In addition, some of the city consumers tried to purchase fruits and vegetables in Jingdong Mall for the first time under COVID-19.So, it was suggested that the government should encourage the development of e-commerce platform with self logistics system, which could better protect the safety of food supplies in China when public safety incidents occurred.
