摘要
为研究钢板弹簧的运动学特性,利用台架试验、美国汽车工程协会圆弧理论对两种多片簧钢板弹簧和三种少片簧钢板弹簧的主片运动轨迹中心进行了分析。通过数据统计方法,证明多片簧钢板弹簧的主片理论运动轨迹中心与试验运动轨迹中心相符,悬架系统匹配时,可以直接使用美国汽车工程协会圆弧理论进行计算。少片簧钢板弹簧的主片理论运动轨迹中心与试验运动轨迹中心偏差较大,设计时需要对美国汽车工程协会圆弧理论计算结果进行修正。通过ADAMS软件建模,对仿真结果进行校核,确认钢板弹簧的主片仿真运动轨迹中心与试验运动轨迹中心高度符合。
In order to study the kinematic characteristics of leaf spring,the centers of kinematic trajectory of the main leaf composed of two kinds of multi-leaf springs and three kinds of less-leaf springs were analyzed by using bench test and the arc theory of SAE. Through the statistical method,it was proved that the center of theoretical kinematic trajectory of the main leaf of multi-leaf spring is consistent with the center of experimental kinematic trajectory. When the suspension system is matched,the arc theory of SAE can be directly used for calculation. The center of theoretical kinematic trajectory of the main leaf of less-leaf spring has a large deviation from the center of experimental kinematic trajectory,and the calculation result of the arc theory of SAE needs to be revised during the design. Through ADAMS software modeling,the simulation result was checked,and it was confirmed that the center of simulated kinematic trajectory of the main leaf of spring is highly consistent with the center of tested kinematic trajectory.
