摘要
以马尔代夫海域为工程背景,开展了大型浮体模块关键设计参数及内部结构布置型式研究.基于数值模型,分析了浮箱式模块不同浪向角下水动力响应,明确了模块优选纵横比及尺寸参数.提出了纵横板式、框架式和双壳式3种模块内部结构布置型式,对比分析了波浪荷载作用下模块结构应力及变形特点.采用增设T形肘板方式对纵横板式模块局部结构进行优化,基于子模型技术研究了肘板臂长对应力集中的影响,发现肘板臂长为10倍外壳壁厚时集中应力峰值可减小37.7%.
Key design parameters of the module of large floating structure in the Maldives sea area,including internal structure arrangement,were investigated.Hydrodynamic response of the pontoon module under waves at varied incident angles was analyzed using numerical simulation,which optimized the aspect ratio and the dimension values of the module.Vertical-horizontal plate type,frame type and double shell type were applied to the module as inner structure arrangement,and comparative studies were conducted to understand the characteristic of stress and displacement of structure under wave loads.T reinforcing plate was added to the local area of vertical-horizontal plate type module.The effect of the length of T reinforcing plate on stress concentration was studied by sub-model techniques.The simulation results indicate that the maximum concentrated stress decreases by 37.7%when the length of T reinforcing plate is 10 times of the thickness of outer module wall.
