摘要
目的:对比经皮微创手术与传统开放手术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治胸腰段脊柱骨折患者30例,按不同手术方式分为两组,各15例。微创组采用经皮微创手术治疗;开放组采用传统开放手术治疗。比较两组手术效果。结果:微创组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均显著低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月伤椎前缘高度、矢状面指数均高于术前,后凸Cobb'角低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前、术后3个月各椎体结构比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胸腰椎脊柱骨折治疗时,经皮微创手术与传统开放手术均具有良好的治疗效果,但经皮微创手术的手术创伤明显轻于传统开放手术,利于患者术后快速康复。
Objective:To compare the effects of percutaneous minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,30 patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to different surgical methods with 15 cases in each group.The minimally invasive group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive surgery.The open group was treated with traditional open surgery.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ambulance time,and hospital stay in the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those in the open group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The height of the anterior edge and the sagittal plane index of the injured vertebrae in the two groups at 3 months after operation were higher than that before the operation,and the Cobb's angle of the kyphosis was lower than that before the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the structure of each vertebral body between the two groups before operation and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures,both percutaneous minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery have good therapeutic effects.However,the surgical trauma of percutaneous minimally invasive surgery is significantly less than traditional open surgery,which is beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery.
