摘要
商用车驾驶室在实际应用场景中面临路况复杂,驾驶环境恶劣等客观因素。因此在概念设计阶段,要充分考虑驾驶室的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度等性能。充分利用CAE分析驱动设计的理念,利用隐式参数化建模软件SFE-CONCEPT建立某商用车驾驶室参数化白车身模型,并且录入厚度、结构参数等30个变量。依据车辆实际运行工况施加约束及载荷,对白车身参数化模型的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度性能进行计算。通过灵敏度分析筛选出对质量影响较大但是对性能影响较小的零部件进行优化。最终在性能参数变化不大的前提下,实现了轻量化目标。
The cab of commercial vehicles face objective factors such as complex road conditions and harsh driving environment in practical scenarios. Therefore, in the conceptual design stage, it is necessary to fully consider the performance characteristics of the cab’s bending and torsional stiffness. In this article, efforts are made to make full use of the CAE analysis-driven design concept. By means of the implicit parametric model software SFE-CONCEPT, a parametric body-in-white model for the cab of commercial vehicles is set up. 30 variables such as thickness and structure are recorded. According to the constraints and loads imposed on the actual conditions of vehicles, bending and torsional stiffness performance of the parametric model for the white body is set up. With the help of sensitivity analysis, it is shown that the components have a greater impact on quality;however, those parts which have less impact on performance are optimized. Finally, with the premise of little change in the performance parameters, the goal of lightweight design is achieved.
