摘要
振动式斜板浓密机以斜盒形式显著提高了矿浆沉降效率,但为了避免矿浆堵塞斜盒,需要利用不平衡电机对浓密机整体进行间歇性激振,因此对其进行动力学设计是保证其正常运行的前提。以振动式斜板浓密机为研究对象,通过试验获得了橡胶隔振器的非线性刚度和阻尼,在此基础上建立了浓密机有限元模型,对其进行了不同支撑刚度下的模态、谐响应分析和定刚度下的试验测试,分析结果表明:隔振器刚度在1500~1640 N/mm范围内时,34 Hz附近存在第6阶固有频率,由于处于共振带宽范围内整体结构具有较好的振动效果;当支承刚度为1700 N/mm时,在34 Hz附近结构振动峰值变小,而57 Hz附近存在较好的振动效果;同时试验结果显示在35 Hz附近,结构具有明显的振动波峰存在,且测试幅值与仿真结果具有较好的一致性。综合考虑沉降池对工况的要求,选择电机转速在1980~2040 r/min(激振频率为33~34 Hz)范围内,橡胶隔振器使用刚度在1500~1640 N/mm范围内。此研究为浓密机的结构和工作参数选择提供了参考依据。
Thanks to its inclined box,the vibration-inclined plate thickener significantly improves the settling efficiency of slurry.However,it is necessary to use the unbalanced motor to intermittently stimulate the whole thickener,so that the inclined box will not be blocked by slurry.Thus,the dynamic design is required to ensure the normal operation of the vibration-inclined plate thickener.With the focus on the vibration-inclined plate thickener,and the rubber vibration-isolator’s non-linear stiffness and damping are worked out by means of a series of experiments.On this basis,the finite-element model of this thickener is set up.The analysis is carried out on the thickener’s modal and harmonic response with different support stiffness as well as these parameters with constant stiffness.The results show that when the vibration isolator’s stiffness falls in the range of 1500~1640 N/mm,there is a sixth-order natural frequency near 34 Hz.The overall structure has a better vibration effect due to the resonance bandwidth.When the support stiffness is higher than 1700 N/mm,the peak value of vibration decreases near 34 Hz;however,the vibration effect is desirable near 57 Hz.At the same time,the results show that there is an obvious peak of vibration in the vicinity of 35 Hz,and the measured amplitude is in good agreement with the simulation results.Since the settling tank has a series of requirements working conditions,the motor speed is set in the range of 1980~2040 r/min(the excitation frequency of 33~34 Hz),and the rubber vibration-isolator’s operating stiffness is in the range of 1500~1640 N/mm.This study provide reference for better selection of the thickener’s structure and working parameters.
