国内外伤病员后送建模研究进展

摘要 伤病员后送是有效降低伤员死亡率的关键环节,也是确保伤员快速接受确切性治疗的重要保障。随着现代战争形式的不断发展,对于如何实现短时批量伤员后送研究的难度大幅增加。通过对国内外研究系统检索和分析,从建模思路、建模方法、模型优缺点等方面对伤病员后送模型进行综述,为开展伤病员后送模拟研究提供意见建议。 The evacuation of the wounded is the key step to effectively reduce the mortality of the wounded,and it is also an important guarantee to ensure that the wounded receive accurate treatment quickly.With the continuous evolution of the forms of modern wars,it is more difficult to study how to realize short-term batch casualty evacuation.Through the retrieval and analysis of research systems at home and abroad,this study summarizes the patient evacuation model from the aspects of modeling ideas,modeling methods,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the model,so as to provide opinions and suggestions for the study of patient evacuation simulation.
