摘要
目的研究肺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术时所配合的护理方法。方法对2019年4月至2020年4月到我院通过胸腔下肺癌根治术治疗的86例肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。两组患者分别通过快速康复护理和常规护理进行干预,并比较不同护理后的效果。结果护理后观察组的满意度为95.35%,相比对照组的76.74%而言更高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后未出现并发症,对照组18.60%的并发症发生率相比,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经护理之后拔管时间、下床时间和住院时间都短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,疼痛和睡眠质量等改善的情况都比对照组更好,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经护理以后,整体生活质量明显提高,和对照组相比,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗肺癌患者配合快速康复护理可使患者更加满意,减少并发症出现的可能,实现对患者负面情绪、疼痛、睡眠质量及生活质量的调整,能促进康复,值得推荐。
Objective To study the nursing methods of lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods All 86 lung cancer patients who came to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 to undergo radical subthoracic lung cancer treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were intervened through rapid rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing,and the effects of different nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had no postoperative complications,and 18.60%of the control group comparing the incidence of complications,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the extubation time,the time to get out of bed and the hospitalization time in the observation group after nursing are shorter than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group's negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,pain and sleep quality improved better than the control group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had an obvious overall quality of life after nursing compared with the control group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscope radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of lung cancer patients with rapid rehabilitation care can make the patients more satisfied,reduce the possibility of complications,realize the adjustment of the patients'negative emotions,pain,sleep quality and quality of life,and promote rehabilitation.It is worth recommending.
