摘要
研究了茂金属高分子量聚丙烯(mHMWPP)基本性能及mHMWPP凝胶的流变行为。通过高温凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)和冲击强度试验机对mHMWPP的分子量及其分布、熔融与结晶行为、力学性能进行表征,并采用旋转流变仪研究动态剪切速率、动态频率、动态应变对不同含量的mHMWPP凝胶流变行为的影响。结果表明,mHMWPP具有分子量高、分子量分布窄、抗冲击性能好等特点;mHMWPP凝胶黏度随剪切速率、动态应变的提高变化较小,说明mHMWPP凝胶稳定性较好,且随凝胶含量的提高,凝胶黏度呈线性提高。
The basic properties of metallocene high molecular weight polypropylene(mHMWPP)and the rheological behavior of mHMWPP gel were studied.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, melting and crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of mHMWPP were characterized by high temperature gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and impact strength tester.The effects of dynamic shear rate, dynamic frequency and dynamic strain on gel with different concentrations of mHMWPP were studied.The results show that mHMWPP has the characteristics of high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and good impact resistance.The viscosity of mHMWPP gel changes little with the increase of shear rate and dynamic strain, which indicates that the stability of mHMWPP gel is good, and the gel viscosity increases linearly with the increase of gel concentration.
