摘要
针对当前医疗资源分布不均的问题,本文以莱西市为例,以行政村为最小研究单元,借助GIS空间分析技术,采用改进的两步移动搜索和潜能模型法,对莱西市医疗设施空间可达性进行研究。结果表明:莱西市整体的医疗资源分配不均,具有明显的空间集聚特征,高值区域主要集中在中部地区,包括水集街道、沽河街道、望城街道和莱西经济开发区;低值区域主要集中在北部和西南部,主要包括马连庄镇和店埠镇。改进的两步移动搜索法更能相对准确刻画莱西市医疗设施可达性空间分布情况。
Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources at present,this paper takes Laixi city as an example,takes administrative village as the minimum research unit,utilizes GIS spatial analysis technology,and adopts improved two-step mobile search and potential model method to study the spatial accessibility of medical facilities in Laixi city.The results show that the overall distribution of medical resources in Laixi city is uneven,with obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics.High-value areas are mainly concentrated in the central area,including Shuiji street,Guhe street,Wangcheng street and Laixi economic development zone.The low-value areas are mainly concentrated in the north and southwest,including Malianzhuang town and Dianbu town.The improved two-step mobile search method can more accurately describe the spatial distribution of the accessibility of medical facilities in Laixi city.
