摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定包装饮用水中15种元素含量。利用在线内标校正,消除质谱干扰,样品经过膜过滤、酸化后直接测定。包装饮用水中15种元素的质量浓度在10~100µg/L内与质谱响应值线性良好,相关系数均不小于0.9990,检出限为0.0001~0.0524µg/L,样品加标回收率为93.2%~104.2%,相对标准偏差为0.58%~3.60%(n=7)。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于包装饮用水中多种元素同时测定。 A method for the determination of 15 kinds of elements in packaged drinking water by ICP-MS was established.On-line internal standard correction was used to eliminate the interference of mass spectrometry,the sample was directly determined after membrane filtration and acidification.The mass concentration of 15 kinds of elements had good linearity with the responding value of mass spectrum with the correlation coefficients all not less than 0.9990.The detection limits were 0.0001-0.0524μg/L,the recoveries were 93.2%-104.2%with the relative standard deviations of 0.58%-3.60%(n=7).The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in packaged drinking water.
