摘要 白酒酿造行业是耗水大户,且废水排放量大,若处置不当将对环境造成较大影响。随着白酒产业的快速发展以及清洁生产方式的变革,优化酿酒生产废水处理工艺以及实现酿酒废水的综合利用已成为行业绿色发展的必然趋势。针对酿酒生产过程水资源消耗大等问题,通过归纳总结酿酒生产废水的种类和特性,阐述不同种类酿造废水的处理方法,进一步提出了综合利用思路,以期为绿色、可持续酿酒生产提供理论参考。 Baijiu brewing industry is a high water consumption user and has a large amount of wastewater discharge.Improper disposal of wastewater would have a great impact on the environment.With the rapid development of Baijiu industry and the transformation of cleaner production methods,optimizing the wastewater treatment process of Baijiu brewing and realizing the comprehensive utilization of brewing wastewater have become an inevitable trend for the green development of the industry.Aimed at problems such as high water consumption in the Baijiu brewing process,this article summarized the types and characteristics of Baijiu brewing wastewater,expounded the treatment methods of different types of brewing wastewater,and further proposed comprehensive utilization ideas,which can provide a theoretical reference for green and sustainable brewing production.
