摘要
我国在电力行业的涉外工程日益增多,中外国际设计标准的比较是一个重要的课题。模拟等边角钢在输电塔中的轴心受压荷载状况,完成了66根典型截面的Q345等边角钢构件在轴压下的稳定性试验,主要研究了不同长细比、截面规格对其失效模式和稳定承载力的影响。采用ANSYS对试件建立模型进行有限元分析,考虑统一的初弯曲和简化残余应力分布。通过对比验证了模型有效性,并基于该模型进行了材料强度和角钢宽厚比的参数分析,获得了相关规律。将试验结果与中美相关设计规范进行对比,评估了规范间的差异并分析其原因,总结了等边角钢受压稳定承载力的规律,为工程应用提供参考。
The comparison of domestic and foreign design standards becomes a significant subject with the growing number of construction projects abroad in electrical industry in China.This papper simulates a loading case of equal angle steel subjected to axial compression in a transmission tower, and completes compression tests of 66 Q345 single angle steel members.These tests mainly investigate the influence of slenderness and angle size on the stability of angle steel.A corresponding finite element model is built to further analyze the bearing capacity of test specimens with simplified imperfection and uniform residual stress distribution.The model is validated through a comparison with test results.Then a parametric study is conducted by varying material property and width-thickness ratio.The discrepancy and corresponding causes are evaluated between Chinese and US standards, and the research conclusions are summarized for future engineering reference.
