摘要
结合焙烧-浸出和直接浸出工艺在石煤钒矿提钒过程的应用特性,总结了两类提钒方法的研究现状,评价了各个工艺的优缺点,并且简要概述了石煤提钒尾渣在水泥、陶粒、胶凝材料等领域的综合利用方式,提出了在生产过程中不仅要注重节能减排,还需要关注生产过程对尾渣综合利用的影响,以达到资源利用与环境保护的最大化。
The present research status of two kinds of vanadium extraction methods are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each process are evaluated, according to roasting-leaching and direct leaching process in vanadium extraction from vanadium-bearing stone coal. The comprehensive utilization of vanadium tailings from stone coal in the fields of cement, ceramics and cementitious materials is also briefly summarized. It is proposed that not only energy conservation and emission reduction, but also the impact of the production process on the comprehensive utilization of tailings should be paid attention to, so as to maximize the utilization of resources and environmental protection.
