摘要
为探讨柞蚕微孢子虫侵染后柞蚕免疫反应,运用质谱手段检测柞蚕蛹侵染前后蛋白质组成,并通过谱图计数法比较不同样品中的蛋白质表达差异,筛选得到显著上调的蛋白1个,显著下调的蛋白37个,并对差异表达蛋白进行了GO富集分析与KEGG通路富集分析。
In order to study the immune response of Antheraea pernyi infected by Nosema pernyi,we detected the protein composition of tussah pupae infected with Nosema pernyi by mass spectrometry,and compared the protein differences in different samples by spectrum counting method.Meanwhile,we obtained one up-regulated and 37 down-regulated proteins.Then,GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were carried out.
