摘要
大学生创客是国家主要的创新人才储备,是引领未来经济社会发展的主力军,探索影响其团队创造力发展的因素对高校培养拔尖创新人才具有重要意义。从个体、团队和外部支持层面出发,综合考虑个体创造力、团队整体特性和众创空间支持所构建的影响因素模型有助于理解大学生创客团队创造力的形成机制。在针对14所高校228个创客团队的问卷调查基础上,结构方程建模和差异性分析结果表明:个体创造力、团队整体特性和众创空间支持对大学生创客团队创造力均具有显著的正向影响,其形成机制还受到个体及团队背景等外围变量影响;在个体层面,大学生创客个体创造力水平在个体背景及团队规模上呈现显著差异;在团队层面,学科异质性大,规模大的团队,其创造力水平显著更高。未来,应当注重创新双创教育模式,消除个体创造力培养偏见;设立和完善大学生创客团队管理制度,鼓励大规模团队的形成;加强对众创空间的支持力度,打造同一学校的异质性大学生创客团队。
College students maker are main innovative talents reserve and main forces leading future economic and social development.It is of great significance for colleges and universities to cultivate top talents by exploring factors affecting the creativity of college student maker teams.From perspectives of individual,team and external supports,considering individual creativity,overall characteristics of teams and supports of public innovation spaces,to build an influencing factor model is helpful to understand the formation mechanism of the creativity of college student maker teams.Based on the questionnaire survey of 228 maker teams in 14 universities,the data analysis by structural equation modeling and ANOVA showed as follows.The individual creativity,the overall team characteristics and the supports of public innovation spaces had positive effects on creativity of college student maker teams.The formation mechanism of creativity was moderated by external variables such as individual and team backgrounds.At an individual level,the individual creativity level of college student makers showed significant differences in their individual backgrounds and team sizes;at a team level,the creativity level of large scale teams with high disciplinary heterogeneity was significantly higher.In the future,we should pay attention to innovate the dual-innovation education model and eliminate the prejudice of cultivating individual creativity;establish and improve the management system of college student maker teams,and encourage the formation of large-scale teams;strengthen the support of public innovation spaces,and build college student teams from the same schools with heterogeneity.
