生物电刺激联合盆底训练对盆底功能障碍的有效性分析

摘要 目的分析盆底功能障碍治疗中生物电刺激联合盆底训I练的应用价值。方法选取150例盆底功能障碍患者,按入院顺序分为对照组与研究组,每组75例。对照组实施盆底训练,研究组实施生物电刺激联合盆底训练。对比两组治疗前后妇女尿失禁问卷表简表(ICIQ-SF)评分、盆腔脏器脱垂/尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12)评分、研究组治疗前后盆底肌筛查报告结果、两组尿失禁治疗效果及治疗前后尿动力学指标。结果治疗前,两组ICIQ-SF、PISQ-12评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ICIQ-SF评分明显低于治疗前,PISQ-12评分明显高于治疗前,且研究组CI-Q-SF评分明显低于对照组,PISQ-12评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后前静息阶段、快肌阶段、慢肌阶段、耐力测试阶段以及后静息阶段评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.67%,明显高于对照组的70.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.618,P=0.002<0.05)。治疗前,两组最大尿流率、最大尿道闭合压、最大尿道压、负压漏尿点压力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项尿动力学相关指标均较治疗前明显改善,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底功能障碍患者采用生物电刺激联合盆底训练能够有效提升尿失禁治疗有效性,改善患者尿动力学指标,促进患者快速康复。 Objective To analyze the application value of bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor training in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 150 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor training,and the study group received bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor training.The scores of women's urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ-SF),pelvic organ prolapse/urinary incontinence function questionnaire(PISQ-12),pelvic floor muscle screening report results before and after treatment,the treatment effect of urinary incontinence and urodynamic indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ICIQ-SF and PISQ-12 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the ICIQ-SF score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,the PISQ-12 score was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the ci-q-sf score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the PISQ-12 score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pretreatment resting stage,fast muscle stage,slow muscle stage,endurance test stage and post resting stage in the study group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.67%of the control group(χ^(2)=9.618,P=0.002<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in maximum urinary flow rate,maximum urethral closure pressure,maximum urethral pressure and negative pressure leak point pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the urodynamic indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor training can effectively improve the effectiveness of urinary incontinence treatment,improve the urodynamic indexes and promote the rapid recovery of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
