摘要
目的探究小针刀联合内热针治疗飞行人员腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的效果及对其血清P物质(substanceP,SP)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)和关节功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年10月在大连康复疗养中心治疗的74例飞行人员LDH患者,采用简单随机化法分为2组,各37例。对照组予以内热针治疗,研究组予以小针刀联合内热针治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血清SP、5-HT水平、腰部活动度和关节功能评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率(91.89%)高于对照组(72.97%)(P<0.05);研究组疗程结束后血清SP、5-HT水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疗程结束后腰部前屈、后伸、侧屈度大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疗程结束后关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用小针刀联合内热针治疗飞行人员LDH患者的疗效显著,能进一步改善血清SP、5-HT表达,增强患者关节功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of the small needle knife combined with internal heat acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of pilots and the influence on serum substance P(SP),5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and joint function(JOA score).Methods Between July 2018 and October 2019,74 aircrew with LDH in Dalian Rehabilitation Center were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each-The control group received internal heat acupuncture,while the study group was treated with a small needle knife combined with internal heat acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of SP and 5-HT,waist mobility,and JOA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(91.89%)was higher than that of the control group(72.97%)(p<0.05).After the course of treatment,the serum SP and 5-HT levels in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the flexion,extension,and lateral flexion of the waist were greater(P<0.05).The JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife used in combination with internal heat acupuncture has a significant therapeutic effect against LDH among pilots by improving the expressions of serum SP and 5-HT,and enhancing patients’joint function.
