摘要
随着新时代我国宏观经济的持续发展和科学技术的革命,新基建工程正面临着高速发展的新机遇。数据信息的驱动已经成为新基建工程发展的新动力,并且面临由“数字化”向“数智化”的深层次转型的历史机遇。该文从新基建工程适应网络经济的高质量发展,从多个角度对新基建的“数字化”向“数智化”模式的转型中可能面临的各种挑战和应对措施进行了深入的讨论。
With the continuous development of China's macro economy and the revolution of science and tech‐nology in the new era,new infrastructure projects are facing new opportunities of rapid development.The drive of data and information has become a new driving force for the development of new infrastructure projects,and it is facing the historical opportunity of deep-seated transformation from"digitization"to"digital intelligence".From the perspective of adapting the new infrastructure project to the high-quality development of network economy,this paper deeply discusses the kinds of challenges and countermeasures that may be faced in the transformation from"digitization"to"digital intelligence"mode of new infrastructure from multiple angles.
