摘要
对抗氧化剂、光稳定剂的作用、功能、类型进行归纳与介绍,并且对不同条件下,不同类型的抗氧化剂、光稳定剂对聚碳酸酯、改性合金材料开展热老化试验,并对数据进行对比分析。结果显示,运用亚嶙酸酯抗氧剂、受阻酚抗氧剂配合体系,可以对聚碳酸酯的黏度和色泽实现有效保护,并且在一定程度上提升了PC/ABS合金拉伸强度与缺口冲击强度。同时研究显示,使用适量的紫外线吸收剂可以实现对聚碳酸酯变黄时间的有效延迟,同时可以将聚碳酸酯的强度维持在适当状态。
In this study,the functions,functions and types of antioxidants and light stabilizers are summarized and introduced,and the thermal aging tests of polycarbonate and modified alloy materials with different types of antioxidants and light stabilizers under different conditions are carried out,and the data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the viscosity and color of polycarbonate can be effectively protected by using the coordination system of linoleic acid ester antioxidant and hindered phenol antioxidant,and the tensile strength and notch impact strength of PC/ABS alloy can be improved to a certain extent.At the same time,the research shows that using an appropriate amount of ultraviolet absorber can effectively delay the yellowing time of polycarbonate and maintain the strength of polycarbonate in an appropriate state.
