摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了白花川芍药、红花川芍药、杭芍药和亳芍药接种枝孢霉和灰葡萄孢后各品系叶霉病和灰霉病的发生程度,利用常规方法测定了叶片SOD等生理特性指标的变化.结果表明,随着病原菌的侵染,各品系芍药的叶片、叶缘和叶尖都发生一定程度的萎蔫和卷曲,且都染上数量不等的病斑,杭芍药、亳芍药、白花川芍药和红花川芍药感染灰霉病30 d后病情指数分别为58.6,36.7,46.5和41.9,感染叶霉病30 d后的病情指数分别为75.0,30.6,52.5和55.0;各品系芍药抗氧化酶和防御酶活性基本呈先升后降的趋势,丙二醛含量随着染病天数增加而增高;在感染灰霉病20 d时,亳芍药、白花川芍药、红花川芍药的SOD活性和亳芍药的POD活性达到最大值,30 d时红花川芍药和白花川芍药的POD活性达到峰值;在感染叶霉病30 d后,4个品系芍药POD活性都达到最大值.各品系芍药在接种2种病原菌后,其抗氧化酶活性、防御酶活性以及丙二醛含量均在20~30 d期间达到最高值.其中,亳芍药对灰霉病和叶霉病抗性最强,红花川芍药和白花川芍药次之,杭芍药的抗性最弱.本研究结果可为芍药抗病育种和优势品种推广提供部分理论依据.
In this study,a pot experiment was conducted to study the occurrence of leaf mold and gray mold of Paeonialactiflora Pall.‘Zhongjiang’with white flower,P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with red flower,P.lactiflora‘Panan’and P.lactiflora‘Bozhou’after inoculation with Cladosporium and Botrytis cinerea.The changes in leaf SOD and other physiological characteristics were measured by conventional methods.The results showed that with the infection of pathogenic bacteria,the leaves,leaf margins and leaf tips of each strain of P.lactiflora have wilting and curling to a certain extent,and all are infected with different numbers of diseased spots.30 days after the infection of P.lactiflora‘Panan’,P.lactiflora‘Bozhou’,P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with white flower and P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with red flower with gray mold,the disease indexes are 58.6,36.7,46.5 and 41.9,and the disease indexes after 30 days of leaf mold infection are 75.0,30.6,52.5 and 55.0,respectively.The activities of antioxidant enzymes and defensive enzymes of each strain of P.lactiflora is basically increased firstly and then decreased,the content of malondialdehyde is increased with the increase of the number of days of infection.On the 20th day of infection with gray mold,the SOD activity of P.lactiflora‘Bozhou’,P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with white flower,P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with red flower and the POD activity of P.lactiflora‘Bozhou’reaches the maximum,the POD activity of P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with red flower and P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with white flower reaches the peak at 30 d.Thirty days after infection with leaf mold,the POD activity of the four strains of P.lactiflora all reaches the maximum.After inoculation with gray mold and leaf mold,the activity of antioxidant enzymes,defensive enzymes and malondialdehyde content of each strain of P.lactiflora reach the maximum during 20~30 d.P.lactiflora‘Bozhou’has the strongest resistance to gray mold and leaf mold,follows by the P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with white flower and P.lactiflora‘Zhongjiang’with red flower,and P.lactiflora‘Panan’has the weakest disease resistance.
