摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出灶心土具有以下特点:临床汤剂用量为4.14〜800g,常用剂量为10〜30g,煎汤代水剂量为60〜120 g,丸、散剂常用量为1.44〜2.5 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如行气通便治疗消化科疾病(小儿便秘),为10g;调理中气、降逆止咳、升降气机治疗消化科疾病(胆汁反流性胃炎)、呼吸科疾病(咳嗽)等,为10〜30 g(汤剂)、2.5 g(丸剂);温中燥湿止泻治疗消化科疾病(小儿泄泻)、内分泌系统疾病(糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱)等,为10〜300 g(未说明服用时长及配伍注意事项);温胃止呕治疗消化科疾病(小儿呕吐、妊娠呃逆等),为10〜300g(未说明服用时长及配伍注意事项);温中摄血治疗消化科疾病(便血、十二指肠球部溃疡出血等),为10〜300g(未说明服用时长及配伍注意事项);温经止血治疗妇科疾病(经间期出血、崩漏等),为4.14〜500g(未说明服用时长及配伍注意事项)、1.44g(散剂);平肝降火,降气止血治疗呼吸系统疾病(肺癌并发咳血),为800 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如行气通便常配伍甘草;调理中气、降逆止咳、升降气机常配伍木香、大黄等;温中燥湿止泻常配伍肉豆蔻、诃子、肉桂等;温胃止呕常配伍柴胡、藿香等;温中摄血常配伍肉桂、白术、大黄等;温经止血常单用或配伍赤石脂、肉桂、干地黄等;平肝降火,降气止血常单用。
