摘要
印度尼西亚雅加达至万隆高速铁路是中国高铁全方位整体走出去的第一单,同时也是印度尼西亚的首条高速铁路。该铁路采用的轨道板为具有中国完全知识产权的CRTSⅢ型普通钢筋混凝土轨道板。CRTSⅢ型普通钢筋混凝土轨道板取消了原有预应力的设计并对其进行了创新优化,该类型轨道板仅在中国国内西宝线、沈丹线完成了综合试验段研究而未全面推广,雅万高铁属于首次大规模应用。该类型轨道板的预制要求精度高、技术先进。基于雅万高铁轨道板场生产的CRTSⅢ型普通钢筋混凝土轨道板外观及实体质量情况,对可能造成轨道板侧面气泡的原因进行了分析与研究,同时结合现有施工经验制定出其侧面气泡预防和控制措施。
The Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway in Indonesia is the first overseas project on which China's complete technology of high-speed railway is applied,and it is also the first high-speed railway project in Indonesia.The track slab used in this railway is ordinary reinforced concrete track slab CRTSⅢwith complete intellectual property rights in China.The original pre-stressed design of ordinary reinforced concrete track slab CRTSⅢis canceled,while innovative optimization is adopted.This type of track slab has only been tested on the comprehensive test section of Xi'an-Baoji Railway Line and Shenyang-Dandong Railway Line in China,and has not been fully promoted.Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway is the first large-scale application of this technology.Prefabrication of this type of track slab requires high precision and advanced technology.Based on the appearance and physical quality of ordinary reinforced concrete track slab CRTSⅢproduced by the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway track yard,this paper analyzes the possible causes of air bubbles on the side of the track slab,formulates side air bubble prevention and control measures combining with on-site construction experience.
