摘要
目的探讨中学生情绪调节策略在人格特质与欺凌关系中的中介作用,分析欺凌者的心理成因,为预防校园欺凌提供参考。方法以江西省某县第二中学为研究现场,通过一般情况调查表、Olweus欺负问卷、情绪调节量表和简版人格量表对2040名学生进行调查。一般的数据分析和中介效应检验使用SPSS 26.0和PROCESS 3.3插件进行。结果中学生欺凌报告率为5.5%(112/2040)。外向性与欺凌频率间呈正相关(r=0.049,P<0.05);尽责性、亲和性和情绪不稳定与欺凌频率间呈负相关(r=-0.091~-0.063,P<0.01)。Bootstrap法检验结果显示,认知重评在外向性与欺凌的关系中存在遮掩效应,相对效应值为20.72%;认知重评在尽责性、亲和性和情绪不稳定与欺凌的关系中均存在部分中介效应,相对效应值分别为25.43%、28.42%和10.17%。结论人格特质中的尽责性、外向性、亲和性和情绪不稳定可通过认知重评间接影响欺凌。
Objective To explore the mediating role of middle school students’emotion regulation strategies in the relationship between personality traits and bullying and the psychological causes of bullies,and to put forward some suggestions for preventing school bullying.Methods The second middle school of a county in Jiangxi was selected as the research site.A total of 2040 students were surveyed using the general situation questionnaire,Olweus bullying questionnaire,emotion regulation scale and personality-abbreviated scale.General data analysis and mediation effect test were performed by SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS 3.3.Results The report rate of bullying was 5.5%(112/2040)among middle school students.The extraversion was positively correlated with the frequency of bullying(r=0.049,P<0.05).However,conscientiousness,agreeableness and emotional instability were negatively related to the frequency of bullying(r=-0.091--0.063,P<0.01).Bootstrap test showed that cognitive reappraisal had a masking effect in the relationship between extraversion and bullying,and the relative effect value was 20.72%.Furthermore,cognitive reappraisal partially mediated the relationship between conscientiousness,agreeableness,emotional instability and bullying,and the relative effect values were 25.43%,28.42%and 10.17%,respectively.Conclusion Conscientiousness,extraversion,agreeableness and emotional instability can indirectly affect bullying through the cognitive reappraisal.
