摘要
目的通过运用全程暖链体温管理方法降低手术患儿寒颤及低体温的发生率,减少感染并发症的发生。方法采用非同期对照选择2018年7~12月本院各科室接受手术治疗的53例患儿作为对照组给予常规护理,2019年1~6月50例手术患儿作为干预组给予全程暖体温管理,观察两组患者寒颤发生率、体温变化及术后并发感染的情况。结果通过手术全程标准化暖链体温管理方案的有效实施,患儿寒颤的发生率由原来的13%降低到现在的6%(χ^(2)=3.863,P=0.046),干预组患者术中低体温的发生低于对照组(F=10.934,P=0.001),干预组术后伤口感染率低于对照组(χ^(2)=3.863,P=0.049)。结论通过全程暖链体温管理的实施,科学化、规范化的管理流程,降低了术中寒颤及低体温的发生率,减少术后患儿伤口感染并发症的发生,避免家庭不必要的经济负担,为患儿提供了更优质的护理服务。
Objective To reduce the incidence of chills and hypothermia in children undergoing surgery through the use of whole-process warm-chain body temperature management method,and to reduce the incidence of infection complications.Methods Non-contemporaneous controls were used to select 53 children undergoing surgery in various departments of our hospital from July to December 2018 as the control group for routine care.From January to June 2019,50 children who underwent surgery were treated as the intervention group and received whole-course warming body temperature management.The incidence of chills,temperature changes and postoperative infections were observed in the two groups.Results Through the effective implementation of the standardized warm-chain body temperature management program throughout the operation,the incidence of chills in children was reduced from 13%to 6%(χ^(2)=3.863,P=0.046).The incidence of hypothermia during operation in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(F=10.934,P=0.001),and the postoperative wound infection rate in the intervention group was lower than the control group(χ^(2)=3.863,P=0.049).Conclusions Through the implementation of the whole warm chain body temperature management,scientific and standardized management process,the incidence of intraoperative chills and hypothermia is reduced,the incidence of wound infection complications in children after surgery is reduced,and unnecessary financial burdens on the family are avoided,Provide better quality nursing services for children.
